What's Included:

  • 6 week, progressively challenging program

  • 12 semi-private small group training sessions. Outdoor sessions are strength or conditioning-based, using a variety of tools and exercises (please see full description below), plus a weekly at-home training program, and optional kettlebell classes

  • 2 one hour, one-on-one nutrition coaching and goal setting sessions to give you the tools to write your own "Owner's Manual."  No meal plans.  No foods are off limits.

  • Homemade, whole food recipe sharing

  • Weekly, thought-provoking exercises of the mind that will increase your awareness of your mind-set, often the missing link when sustaining lifestyle changes

  • Weekly at-home training programs that fit into your schedule

  • Support and accountability from your coach and teammates through a private Facebook group

  • Write your "Owner's Manual" as you discover what works for you to create an enjoyable, sustainable healthy lifestyle

The Schedule:

  • Own Your Awesome challenge starts January 2017

  • Sessions are Mondays & Fridays at 9:15a.m. (1 hour) in Valbonne/Mougins area.  Exact location TBA.

  • One-on-one sessions are privately booked the first and last week of the challenge

Training sessions can be modified for different fitness levels.  Beginners are welcome.

The Training:

Strength Training with the right amount of cardio:  Getting the biggest bang for your buck.

The training is designed to get you the maximum results for your effort.  You will be challenged.  You will get fitter and stronger.  We train smart, using the best balance to get you the best results.


Moderate to heavy strength training:

Focuses on multi-joint movements such as variations of squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and also targeted core training.  Exercises may be body weight or use a variety of equipment that may include: dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbell, and resistance bands.  The program intensity is increased based on fitness levels and abilities.  ALL fitness abilities are welcome.  Do not be intimidated by strength training!  It is incredibly beneficial for women.  Click Here to learn more about the benefits of strength training for women.


The Right Kind of Cardio

Focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT).  This may include a circuit format of body weight exercises, running/sprinting, skipping rope, battleropes, slam balls, and kettlebell swings, using variable work to rest ratios to increase conditioning levels.  Adaptable to all fitness levels. All fitness abilities are welcome. 

All sessions include a thorough warm-up and mobility drills.
