From here, we customize your program and begin the 12-month coaching process
Every day you will receive a new lesson and/or nutrition or lifestyle habit
You can read the daily lesson or listen to it on the go
Every lesson is designed to help you better understand and practice the current habit
Through the practice of these habits, we will help you develop the skills for long-term success
Instead of just learning what you should be doing, our interactive approach allows you to practice these habits everyday
With the easy-to-use online platform, you will be able to check in with us on a daily basis, helping you stay consistent and accountable
We track your progress - from all the daily check-ins, to body changes, to habit consistency - everything is recorded within the program
As your coach, I will be working very closely with you throughout the entire program. I will provide regular feed back on daily lessons, assignments, and habits
How do I know this method works?
I know, because this was me for most of my adult life. At my heaviest, I weighed close to 90kg/200lbs. I was unfit and felt horrible in my own body.
I knew that for myself and for my kids, I had to make a change.
I'd tried every fad diet that came onto the market and even went so far as to take dangerous prescription dieting pills. Nothing worked long-term. I was frustrated and fed up. I had just had enough of trying to lose weight and feel better. I had to get off the yo-yo dieting cycle. Enough was enough.
Fast-forward some year later...

This was me, too. And I still hear this a lot from clients. When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile up, it's easy to let our health and fitness decline. I know the stresses of life all too well. I am a single mom, with two young kids, living and working in a foreign country! I know stress in two languages, French and English!
In 2014, I was in your shoes. I embarked on this 12-month coaching journey that forever changed my life - from the inside out. Precision Nutrition taught me skills and habits that I use every day of my life. It also gave me the freedom to learn about me - my body and decide what is best for me. In fact, I believe so much in this program, that spent another 12 months with PN, to become a certified level 2 coach.
But....staying motivated and consistent is hard - especially when you try to do it all alone. The good thing is, you don't have to. We are in this together. With my personal coaching, whatever obstacles arise, I'll help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions.
