Classes are one hour long and work on both strength-building skills (the grinds) and hardstyle swings (ballistic).  The training is broken down into:

  • Warm-Up

  • Mobility Complex

  • Strength Exercises

  • Swings/Conditioning


It is a full-body training session that burns fat at a rate of 400 calories per 20 minutes of work (comparable to running a 6 minute mile!).

All equipment, included kettlebells, are provided for the studio sessions. 


*Booking/Cancellation Policy: 

All classes must be booked minimum 24 hours in advance to assure a spot and that the proper kettlebells and equipment are available at an individual level. 

If you have already booked and need to cancel,  minimum 12 hours is required to avoid being billed for the class.
