This fast-paced, intensive fat-burning, small-group training session incorporates kettlebell training with explosive exercises like battleropes, slam balls, sprints, and jump rope. As always, we start off with a good warm-up and mobility drills. The session also incorporates strength exercises and targeted core training.

Classes are €19 per session
A block of 10 passes: €165, valid four months
Sessions take place outdoors. The session may be canceled due to the weather.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle. All other training equipment is provided.
All classes must be booked minimum 24 hours in advance to secure a spot and that the proper kettlebells and equipment are available at an individual level.
If you have already booked and need to cancel, minimum 12 hours is required to avoid being billed for the class.
