New sessions start Wednesday May 9th!

Strength and Cardio Conditioning Group Training sessions:

Mondays 9:15am at Parc des Bouillides, Sophia-Antipolis

Fridays 9:15am at Opio Parc


Monday Sessions:

The Right Kind of Cardio

Focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT).  This may include a circuit format of body weight exercises, running/sprinting, skipping rope, battleropes, slam balls, and kettlebell swings, using variable work to rest ratios to increase conditioning levels.  Adaptable to all fitness levels. All fitness abilities are welcome. 


Friday Sessions:

Strength Training with the right amount of cardio:  Getting the biggest bang for your buck.

The training is designed to get you the maximum results for your effort.  You will be challenged.  You will get fitter and stronger.  We train smart, using the best balance to get you the best results.


Moderate to heavy strength training:

Focuses on multi-joint movements such as variations of squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and also targeted core training.  Exercises may be bodyweight or use a variety of equipment that may include: dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbell, and resistance bands.  The program intensity is increased based on fitness levels and abilities.  ALL fitness abilities are welcome.  Do not be intimidated by strength training!  It is incredibly beneficial for women.  Click Here to learn more about the benefits of strength training for women.

All sessions include a thorough warm-up and mobility drills.


Terms and Conditions:

All sessions take place outside, rain or shine.  If, for unforeseen circumstances, Fit Nutrition must cancel a training session, the session will be rescheduled at the convenience of the client.  All sessions, attended or unattended, are non-refundable for the duration of the program.  Any request for refunds or deferments of sessions, for any reason, is under the sole discretion of FIT NUTRITION.  Payment is due in full seven days before program start date.

Refunds are available for cancellations:

  • 100% refund of total amount is offered up to two weeks prior to program start date.

  • 50% refund is available for cancellations made up to seven days prior to program start date.
