Get the biggest bang for your buck.
The training is designed to get you the maximum results for your effort. You will be challenged. You will get fitter, stronger, and more confident. We train smart, using the best balance of strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to get you the best results. These sessions are adaptable to all fitness levels, all fitness abilities are welcome. These sessions are progressive and individually tailored to help you meet your health and fitness goals. It is important to commit to coming to each session for the entire training block to get the best results.
Sessions include a thorough warm-up and mobility drills.
Moderate to heavy strength training:
Focuses on multi-joint movements such as variations of squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and also targeted core training. Exercises may be bodyweight or use a variety of equipment that may include: dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbell, and resistance bands. The program intensity is increased based on fitness levels and abilities. ALL fitness abilities are welcome. Do not be intimidated by strength training! It is incredibly beneficial. Kettlebell: Basic & Essentials
Come experience the superpowers of kettlebells! This class teaches the basic movements involved in Russian Hardstyle kettlebell technique. Sessions include group work, as well as a bespoke training program for each participant based on their fitness level and ability. Training is broken down into:

Outdoor Core Restore:
We've taken one of most popular classes outdoors! This class focuses on gaining core and back stability through targeted core, back, and glute-building exercises. By taking this class outside, we are able to incorporate the use of different training tools like the TRX and Chop bars. Forget crunches...we use focused strength-building exercises to increase pelvic floor health, build a strong, healthy back, and improve posture. It is a very beneficial class for all, but especially women.

Kettlebell + TRX:
This course combines the intensive fat-burning grinds and ballastics of kettlebell training with suspension training work. Together these two tools with increase your muscular strength and endurance, as well as increase your mobility and balance. As always, we start off with a good warm-up and mobility drills. The session also incorporates strength exercises and targeted core training.
Core REstore + TRX
This class takes core work up a notch by adding in suspension training (TRX) into the mix. Increase muscular strength and endurance while also improving joint mobility and flexibility. We use focused strength-building exercises to increase pelvic floor health, build a strong healthy back, and improve posture. Are you ready for this challenge?
All classes must be booked minimum 24 hours in advance to assure a spot and that the proper kettlebells and equipment are available at an individual level. If you have already booked and need to cancel, minimum 12 hours is required to avoid being billed for the class. Memberships/Classes are non-transferable to other individuals.
