Ever stop to think about how alcohol is affecting your health and fat-loss efforts?

Come and find out!
This is Fit Nutrition's second Wine and your Waistline event.
Please join us for an informal and fun evening in a private villa setting in Mougins.

At this workshop, we will discuss how alcohol impacts your overall health and fitness goals. Find out how alcohol affects your cravings and appetite, your hormones, and how this in turn, affects your efforts to both lose weight and gain/maintain strength.

We will give you some tips and strategies on how to limit the impact of alcohol on your health, not just over the summer season, but year round.

The second half of the night, we will be mixing up and sampling some tasty Mocktails and other non-alcoholic, lower sugar beverages that you can substitute at your next summer gathering.
