Strength Training with the right amount of cardio: Getting the biggest bang for your buck.
The training is designed to get you the maximum results for your effort. We train smart; not long and hard. You will be challenged. You will get fitter and stronger - in a sane and balanced way.
Moderate to heavy strength training:
Focuses on multi-joint movements such as variations of squats, deadlifts, presses, rows and also targeted core training. Exercises may be body weight or use a variety of equipment that may include: dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbell, and resistance bands.
The Right Kind of Cardio
Focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This may include a circuit format of body weight exercises, running/sprinting, skipping rope, battleropes, and kettlebell swings, using variable work to rest ratios to increase conditioning levels.
Adaptable to all fitness levels. All fitness abilities are welcome.
All sessions include a thorough warm-up and mobility drills.
